Light Energy Healing and Intuitive Therapy is based on Barbara's extensive metaphysical training and her highly developed intuitive and empathic knowledge. By acknowledging old patterns and shifting the energy that holds them in place, this healing modality concentrates on gently stripping away any blocks that inhibit you from living a peaceful, healthy, prosperous, and joy-filled life. In the sessions Barbara guides you in the process of recognition and healing of deep obstructions that prevent you from experiencing life to its fullest.

Because fear, anxiety , anger and grief create blockages to the healthy flow of life energy in our bodies, Barbara uses the power of Light-Energy Healing specifically to activate the body's natural ability to gently let go of trauma; the root cause of these feelings. Using her intuitive and empathic abilities throughout each session Barbara guides the radiant Light-Energy through the physical body in order to augment and empower the client's own ability to process and eliminate the old and embody the new. In an extremely safe and loving environment each client is able to reach a deep state of relaxation, which augments the healing and growth process.
