A Series of Three Workshops for Women

Workshop #1 - Self-love: The Basics - April 2, 10:00 - 5:00

In this workshop you will work with light-energy meditation, journaling, interactive discussion and sharing to learn to access the love that is deep within your heart and begin to direct this amazing love toward yourself. Women have a natural ability to love and nurture, but we rarely focus it on ourselves. This causes our lives become out of balance. We must love ourselves first before we can truly love others.

In the workshop you will begin the greatest and most exciting love affair of your life - the love affair with yourself. This workshop is for you if you are looking for a more love filled and joy filled life. Without self-love all our other goals and dreams are stymied.

Workshop # 2 - Self-love and Creating Radiant Health - May 6 - 10:00 - 5:00

Our bodies must feel loved before healing can take place. In this workshop you will continue working with the tools to direct the stream of love and nurture toward yourself with the added focus of creating radiant health. You will learn to direct love and light into your body to heal yourself. The emotional wounds of the past are buried deep within our cells. After awhile these wounds turn to disease. By sending love and light deep into the cells you will release and heal the old wounds and transform the unhealthy cells to radiantly healthy cells. This will promote healing both emotionally, physically and spiritually.

This workshop is for you if you are dealing with health issues of any kind or just wish to live a more healthful and vibrant life. Self-love opens the door so that the healing can take place.

Workshop #3 - Self-love and Your Prosperity - June 3 - 10:00 - 5:00

The universe is abundant. The abundance flows constantly. In this workshop you will continue working with the tools to direct the stream of love and nurture toward yourself with the added focus of opening the door to allow this stream of abundance into your life. By loving yourself you heal the relationship with yourself and become open to receiving all the prosperity you deserve to support your heart's desires. Often women feel that having an abundance of money means that others will suffer if they have enough. The Talmud says that "True abundance is wealth that does not create scarcity." We will meditate on this truth during the workshop.

Self-love and prosperity are natural partners. They support each other. This workshop is for you if you wish to live a prosperous and love filled life.
